At Aromworld, we strive to deliver your jewelry in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festival seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Local Delivery (Punjab): Estimated 2-4 business days.
  • Rest of India: Estimated 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Note: You can specify if you offer free shipping over a certain amount, e.g., “Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999”).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or message containing your Tracking Number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Packaging

Each piece of jewelry from Aromworld is securely packaged in a tamper-evident box to ensure it reaches you safely. We recommend that you do not accept the package if the seal is broken or the box is crushed.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aromworld is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they leave our facility.
  • However, we value our customers. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video so we can help you file a claim with the courier partner.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including Pincode). We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
